In 1997, John found himself wanting to invest in commercial real estate, but did not know how. With the lack of communication and guidance from other brokers in the industry, there was a level of fear involved in taking the risk of investing. So, in 1998, John decided to learn the business for himself by becoming a commercial real estate broker. Now, as Executive Vice President at NAI Capital and Lead Broker of The Owner/User Group, John has successfully created an end-to-end experience for new and experienced building owners, as well as independent investors. It has taken over 25 years of transactional experience to gain intimate knowledge about selling, buying, and leasing a commercial building, from both a Landlord/Tenant and Buyer/Seller perspective. Since 1998, John has completed over one billion dollars worth of commercial transactions. With every transaction containing different terms, requirements, and obstacles, John has deepened his knowledge of the commercial real estate world by successfully working on all sides of the deal. In addition to being a transactional broker, John has owned a Property Management company and has been an executive at a commercial development company. The level of experience John brings to the table allows him to properly serve you from the day you decide you are ready to purchase, sell, or lease a commercial property.
